How can i loose 20 pounds in 2 months without going on a major diet?

I dont like going on big diets cause they dont work for me. So what can i do so that my body doesnt go in shock cause of the big change but for me to continue to loose weight for sure? Thanks!!!How can i loose 20 pounds in 2 months without going on a major diet?
I lost 45 lbs in about 4 months just by switching from regular soft drinks to diet. Great way to lower blood sugar levels too.How can i loose 20 pounds in 2 months without going on a major diet?
do the only thing that works...

Eat healthy- eat foods that are good for you and that will keep you full for a while

Workout- workout for at least 30-45 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week.

***DONT USE THOES DIET PILLS! THEY DONT WORK AND THEY ARE BAD FOR YOU! If you do what i told you you could loose 20 eaisly!***How can i loose 20 pounds in 2 months without going on a major diet?
Work out ... A lot. Walk more, jog more, run if you can, use the stairs, things like that. Try to eat more veggies and less cookies, drink more water and less soda. But mainly? Get more active, but 20 pounds in still very unrealistic for a two month goal.

I lost 25 pounds in 1 month and a half , and kept it off, just by cutting sodas and starch out of my meals. also find out what kind of foods boost your metabolism up, everyones body is different. i found out that orange juice in the morning , makes my metabolism faster . hope this works for you.
