2002 Gmc Sierra rear end Shaking..?

I have a 2002 GMC sierra,I have had suspension problems on this truck since i bought it 6 months ago.Just minor but to the point its getting aggravating. It drives good but shakes or vibrates when i hit a bump in the road.I 1st thought it was coming from the front an it partly was so this is what i did:

Front tie rods

Front shocks

Front end alignment

Front tires

It is still doing it ,not horrible but still doing it.So saturday i changed the rear shocks an its still doing it.The truck never ever veers from side to side or pulls, the shaking/vibration seems its coming fromt he rear. The mechanic at michel tires said he feels it in the seat an feels like its coming from the rear.It drives very good even at high speeds til i hit a bump then i get that split second shake from the rear.I dont know what else it could be except rear tires ,so here is my question for any expert:

If it drives straight an doesnt veer or pull an drives great til i hit a bump whats the odds it could be a bent wheel or a bent axle or frame.and would some of those things come to light when i got the front aligned? like a bent frame? i am just over thinking .an if something like a frame or axle was bent what would i do? just go with it? have something replaced? not sure how smart it is to spend thousands on something like that even if it was that.Hopin its just tires2002 Gmc Sierra rear end Shaking..?

O.K. I know this is going to sound silly, but try this. Look at your tires and see what ply rating they are. The more plys, the rougher the ride. I believe the factory used 6 ply. Some other tires for these trucks are 8 ply rated, and that will change your ride.Check your air pressure. You may be able to lower it some to reduce the %26quot;shock%26quot; of the tire hitting bumps. Put some weight in the bed around the tailgate. Try a couple of sand bags, or whatever you have to load the rear end. See if that helps. The suspensions are pretty stiff, especially if it's a 4x4.
