How to change rear shocks on 98 Isuzu Rodeo - when the nut is seized?

I called the auto parts dealer to see if we could buy the bolts for the shocks. He said the bolts are fixed and part of the frame. The nuts on the bolts are seized and we think need to be cut off. Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated! How to change rear shocks on 98 Isuzu Rodeo - when the nut is seized?
Maybe heat the nuts with a torch. Get 'em cherry, turn a little, repeat. If those bolts are part of the frame you definitely don't want to risk breaking them! How to change rear shocks on 98 Isuzu Rodeo - when the nut is seized?
Use two hammers. One to support the nut and with the other continualy hit the side of the nut to loosen some of the rust and then wire brush the thread and spray penetrating oil on to the thread.Use an extention on a socket to get good leverage and undo the nut a little bit, then re-tighten and undo a little more, continue like this until the nut is off.Or if you have access to heat warm the nut up.A kettle of boiling water on the nut will help somewhat if that's the only heat source that you have.
