How to change rear shock absorbers on 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis. They are hard to get to.?

Some Marquis have the self leveling option. I haven't had the opportunity to work on that type to know how complicated or not. Regular rear shocks on full size rear wheel drive are very basic. However, before starting I would soak them down with PB Blaster or something similar. The old bolts and rubber grommets are very stubborn to drive out due to all the years of road slop.
